Dr. Lakhwinder Singh

CEO

Dr. Lakhwinder Singh Hundal, Ph.D. in Environmental Science from University of Nebraska-Lincoln, is a renowned scientist with 25+years of experience in resource recovery, wastewater treatment and beneficial reuse of residuals with a unique ability to devise innovative and sustainable solutions for complex environmental problems. He has served at Research and Monitoring Division of the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District (MWRD) of Greater Chicago as Senior executive for 15 years. He is an Author and publisher of 110+ scientific papers published in reputable international journals, book chapters, white papers, and reports on wastewater treatment and improvements in water quality. He has also been an Adjunct Professor in University of Notre dame for more than 4 years. He has hands-on experience in using innovative technologies for treatment of ground water, surface water, and wastewater (municipal and industrial) for solving sanitation and water scarcity problems to make transformative social impact in India. He has served as a chair of numerous National and International committees including the USDA’s National Research Committee on water reuse. International expert advisor for the National Biosolids Partnership (NBP). He is recipient of the “National Environmental Achievement” award from NACWA and “Exemplary Biosolids Management” award from the US EPA (institutional).”

Maj Gen Satinder Kohli

Maj Gen Satinder Kohli is a distinguished veteran with over 37 years of service in the Corps of Engineers, Indian Army. A Civil Engineer by profession, he holds a Master’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering from IISc, Bangalore, and a Master’s in Financial Management from JBIMS, Mumbai. He also holds an MMS degree from Osmania University. During his illustrious career, Maj Gen Kohli held various key appointments, including ADG (Works) in Army HQ. His expertise spans engineering, finance, and management, bringing valuable insights to our organization.”

Vivek Marwah

Mr. Vivek Rai Marwah was born in Delhi and completed his schooling at the prestigious Scindia School. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the Bhopal School of Social Sciences and a Master’s degree in Philosophy. In 1989, he embarked on his entrepreneurial journey with a Japanese collaboration, becoming one of the first manufacturers of video cassettes in India under the VHS brand. The company later diversified into engineering plastics, establishing active product collaborations with Siemens AG for BHEL. Beyond his business ventures, Mr. Marwah is deeply committed to social causes. He is actively associated with The Earth Project, an NGO working in the field of water and wastewater management. A man of many passions, he is an avid sportsman, a golfer, and a dressage rider. He is also a celebrated bestselling author whose works have inspired many.

Durgesh Gupta is a seasoned professional with over 11 years of experience, including more than 7 years in the water treatment industry. A Technical Graduate in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, he has built expertise in Quality Assurance, Project Management, and Costing of Projects. Over the course of his career, Durgesh has contributed to leading organizations such as Philips Lighting India Ltd. and Public Sector Undertaking REC Ltd., before moving into the water treatment domain where he continues to drive value through technical proficiency and project excellence.

Shailender Singh

Accounts Manager

Shailender Singh has total 15 years of experience in Accounts and Finance management of different companies. He has an MBA in Finance and Marketing. He has hands-on experience in all accounts and finance related activities including Balance Sheets and Statutory Compliance. Prior to joining InNow he has worked in Nawanshahr Power Pvt. Ltd.

Dalsukh A Madia

MD Vice Chairman

Over 38 years of contribution to the medical community as Chief of Anesthesia at Ohio Health (formerly Smith Clinic). Previously, Chief of Medical Staff at Marion General Hospital, the first non-U.S.-born person to hold that position, and a 20-year member of the Medical Staff Executive Committee. Dr. Madia was President and Medical Director of Smith Clinic for over 10 years and President of the State Medical Board of Ohio for one year and Board member for seven years.

Arun K Singh

Ambassador

Served as Ambassador of India to USA until 2016. Prior to that he served as Indian Ambassador to France from 2013- 2015, and Israel from 2005- 2008. Currently he is a Distinguished Halle Institute Fellow at Emory University (Atlanta, Georgia); Distinguished Non-Resident Senior Fellow at German Marshall Fund of US in Washington DC; and Senior Counsellor at The Cohen Group in Washington DC. He is also a Special Adviser to InNow. As part of the Ministry of External affairs in New Delhi, he played a vital role in formulation and implementation of India’s policies related to Afghanistan, Pakistan, and Iran, including in the period following 9/11.

Ratanjit has been the recipient of many local, national, and international awards, including induction into the Ohio Civil Rights Hall of Fame in 2010.
